"Non"

The French said "Non" to the European Constitution. Funny, I feel it as a positive for Europe. A new French Revolution?
The French have a tradition of starting Europe-wide revolutions. We are forced to rethink Europe because of them. That's good!


The deepening of Europe in the west will continue, also the widening incorporating Romania and Bulgaria in the next year and a half.
Europe has been re-united in a very short time. It has moved fast in 15 years. Too fast for some, too slowly for others.
